PRIMAL is a grounding session where you will learn how to move, breathe and connect with your inner human animal.

Roar, Hiss, croak… It's time to unleash your inner animal and come face-to-face with your body, mind and soul. Primal: Bootcamp will be a challenging yet fun session that integrates breath work and ground based movements to help you free your inner animal. Whether your goal is to:
Shed fat
Build lean muscle
Improve movement efficiency and joint mobility
Build mental toughness
Bleed off stress
All while having fun…then Primal: Human is for you!
What to expect:
Sweat, swear then smile as you grind through and embody the 3 archetypes of Primal
A safe, fun yet challenging approach to building physical and mental strength

If you would like to continue, its $40 for drop ins and $35 for a 5 session package
When?
Saturday mornings. Arrive 7.15am for a 7.30am start (Session is 60 mins)
