Full Bio

For a long time, I thought I was the problem.

Too scattered. Too intense. Too much going on inside my head and not enough to show for it. I grew up with ADHD before anyone gave it that name, chronic illness, childhood obesity, a mind that ran at full speed while my body struggled to keep up.

By 2010, I was done. A suicide attempt during a drug-induced psychosis left me unconscious. I came that close to not being here.

What brought me back wasn't a programme or a coach or a breakthrough moment. It was something much quieter, slowly learning to understand my own system. How my nervous system worked. Why my mind felt like it was always on edge. Why breathing felt hard long before the asthma was the reason.

And then, piece by piece, things started to shift.

I reversed my asthma. Came off medication. Started to feel (genuinely feel) what calm and clarity actually felt like in my body. For someone who'd spent decades wired for anxiety, that was nothing short of a miracle.

That journey became my work.

Not because I had it all figured out. But because I knew exactly what it felt like to be smart, capable, and completely overwhelmed by your own mind.

I now work with high performers, entrepreneurs, athletes, and parents (a lot of them with ADHD) who are holding it together on the outside and quietly falling apart on the inside. People who've tried everything and still feel like they're running on fumes.

What I've come to believe, and what everything I do is built around is simple:

ADHD isn't a discipline problem. It's a regulation problem.

When your nervous system learns to settle, your focus follows. When your breath changes, your mind changes. When your lifestyle actually fits how your brain is wired, you stop fighting yourself, and start moving forward.

I'm an Amazon bestselling author, a certified breath coach, and an Unbeatable Mind Coach trained under former Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine. I've co-hosted the Plant Fit Summit, an online event that focussed on integrated health and longevity that reached 100,000 people. I co-design and lead retreats currently serve as as a wellness strategist for SAOL (Simple Art Of Living). And together with my partner Candice, I co-founded the Free Human Project - supporting individuals and couples navigating ADHD, relationships, and breaking the patterns that got handed down to them.

But honestly? The credential I'm most proud of is this: I've lived it. All of it.

If any of this sounds like where you are right now, I'd love to work with you.
