Full Bio

I help individuals, organizations, and wellness destinations design environments where people can unlock focus, resilience, and human potential.

Today I serve as Wellness Strategist and Program Architect for SAOL (Simple Art of Living), where I design and scale integrated wellness programs within a retreat resort environment. My work focuses on building immersive guest journeys rooted in seven pillars of wellbeing - integrating breathwork, nervous system regulation, movement, nature, purpose, and human connection.

Alongside program design, I help develop the operational systems, facilitator training, and leadership alignment required to grow the SAOL ecosystem sustainably.

My work spans:

  • Wellness strategy and retreat program development

  • Guest experience architecture for wellness destinations

  • Corporate wellbeing workshops and leadership programs

  • Facilitator training and train-the-trainer systems

  • Breathwork facilitation for performance, resilience, and nervous system regulation

I am also the Amazon bestselling author of The Breath Code and a certified breath coach trained in Breatheology, Buteyko Clinic, Oxygen Advantage, BreathMasters, and Owaken Breathwork. I am also an Unbeatable Mind Coach, trained under former Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine.

I also co-founded Free Human Project, where my partner Candice and I help couples break generational patterns and create conscious, thriving relationships.

But my work began with my own transformation.

For years, I struggled with childhood obesity, chronic illness, and depression. Asthma made it difficult to breathe, and the weight of those challenges made it even harder to experience joy.

In 2010, I hit rock bottom. A suicide attempt during a drug-induced psychosis left me unconscious, hanging by a thread between life and death.

Through deep inner work, therapy, and relentless self-mastery, I rebuilt my mind and body from the ground up. In that process I discovered something that changed everything: the nervous system holds the key to transformation.

My asthma had been aggravated by poor breathing mechanics, and my mental state was deeply shaped by my physiology. When I learned to regulate my breath, everything shifted. I reversed my chronic asthma, came off medication, and discovered how breath could unlock focus, resilience, emotional regulation, and access to flow.

Today I help high performers, entrepreneurs, athletes, and parents master their breath, mind, and lifestyle so they can break free from stress, self-doubt, and inherited patterns.

Because your breath is the remote control for your nervous system.

And your lifestyle becomes the foundation of your legacy.
