Full Bio

I help fast-moving minds (especially those with ADHD) create environments where they can focus, regulate their nervous system, and unlock their potential without burning out.

Because ADHD isn’t a discipline problem. It’s a regulation problem.

Today, I serve as Wellness Strategist and Program Architect for SAOL (Simple Art of Living), where I design and scale integrated wellness experiences inside retreat environments. My work focuses on building immersive journeys rooted in seven pillars of wellbeing - combining breathwork, movement, nature, purpose, and human connection into systems that actually support how the human mind and body are wired.

I am also the Amazon bestselling author of The Breath Code and a certified breath coach trained in Breatheology, Buteyko Clinic, Oxygen Advantage, BreathMasters, and Owaken Breathwork. I am also an Unbeatable Mind Coach, trained under former Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine.

Alongside this, I co-founded Free Human Project with my partner Candice, where we help individuals and couples (especially those impacted by ADHD) break generational patterns and build conscious, deeply connected relationships.

I also co-founded where my partner Candice and I help couples break generational patterns and create conscious, thriving relationships.

But none of this started as a career. It started as survival.

I grew up navigating childhood obesity, chronic illness, depression… and ADHD.

My mind was always on. My system was always running hot.

And for years, I thought something was wrong with me.

Asthma made it difficult to breathe. Life felt overwhelming, chaotic, and out of control.

In 2010, I hit rock bottom. A suicide attempt during a drug-induced psychosis left me unconscious, hanging between life and death.

That moment changed everything.

Through deep inner work, therapy, and relentless self-mastery, I rebuilt my mind and body from the ground up. And in that process, I discovered something most people miss, especially with ADHD:

Your nervous system drives everything.

My asthma wasn’t just medical, it was mechanical.

My mental state wasn’t just psychological, it was physiological.

When I learned to regulate my breath, optimise how I live, everything shifted.

I reversed my asthma, came off medication, and for the first time, experienced what it felt like to have clarity, control, and calm in my system.

Today, I help high performers, entrepreneurs, athletes, and parents (especially those with ADHD) do the same.

To move from overwhelm to control. From reactivity to clarity.

From constantly “on”… to knowing how to switch off.

Because your breath is the fastest way to regulate your nervous system.

And your lifestyle is what determines whether that change lasts.
