Dr Renae Thomas is a highly qualified nutrition and exercise physiologist who specialises in helping you pick the right lifestyle choices. Living in Loma Linda, California, she’s a senior resident and has a great passion for disease prevention, maintenance of health and lifestyle choices.

In addition, Dr Thomas is a published author on vegetarianism and cancer, speaker on nutrition and is creating a culinary curriculum. Renae’s greatest passion is empowering people to optimize their health through improving their lifestyle choices in an evidence-based fashion.
