We Built a Life Together From Scratch, Twice
We're a multicultural couple living in Singapore, and we know what it's like to build a life somewhere new — together, and sometimes out of sync with each other.
We train together, work together, travel together, co-parent together. From the outside, it's always looked aligned.
But behind the scenes, we've had to learn how to actually meet each other in the middle of busy lives, different backgrounds, and the everyday pressure of building something new in a place that didn't start out as home.
What we learned is that connection doesn't happen automatically just because you're in the same city, or even the same room. It takes a regulated nervous system, honest communication, and the willingness to understand what's really going on underneath the surface.
That's true whether you're building that connection with a partner, or rebuilding it with yourself first. It's the same inner work either way, we've just lived both sides of it, individually and as a couple.
That's the work we now get to share with others navigating the same thing.

We help individuals and couples living in Singapore find balance, connection, and a lifestyle that actually fits - combining nervous system regulation, breathwork, life + relationship coaching, and lifestyle optimisation. Whether you're single and finding your feet, dating, or building a life with someone, the same foundations apply: a regulated body, an honest relationship with yourself, and the tools to actually connect with the people around you.
I'm Luke - a Breath Architect and Lifestyle Optimisation Strategist. My work is shaped by my own journey through burnout and learning how to regulate my body and mind from the inside out. Today, I help people manage stress, sharpen focus, and build a lifestyle that supports how they actually live, without burning out in the process.
And I'm Candice - a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and Conscious Relationship Coach. I help people understand the patterns underneath their behaviour, work through what's unresolved, and build relationships (with others and with themselves) rooted in safety, connection, and honesty. I split my time between Singapore and Switzerland, and I work with clients in both English and French, in person when I'm in Switzerland, and online wherever you are.
Together, we bring breathwork, coaching, and lived experience into our work, helping people feel more grounded, more connected, and more at home, wherever they are in their journey, in Singapore or across Europe.
