Forest: A moment to reconnect

Inspired by slow mornings in Switzerland: cool, moist air, birdsong at first light and cowbells in the distance. I’ve woven nature sounds and a little melody into a spatial soundscape, an invitation to slow down, feel grounded and reconnect with the world around you. Nothing to do. Just space to listen.

A moment in the cold

Gentle guidance, spatial sound and binaural frequencies meet the intensity of cold water. An exploration of presence, choice and the space between reacting and responding.

You can listen outside the water. If using an ice bath, the track length is not a time to stay in: keep to your own limit, use appropriate supervision and never hold your breath or use rapid, deep breathing in the water.
