This is Breath Awakening: LIVE - where breath becomes music, movement becomes medicine, and the whole experience turns into a living, breathing soundscape.
Candice will guide you through free movement to open your body and quiet the mind.
Luke will be DJ-ing while weaving in live handpan, layered rhythms, and deep soundscapes to carry you through the breath journey from stillness, surrender to flow.
And now, for the first time,
Mae joins the journey with the ancient art of Tibetan Singing Bowls - bringing a layer of vibrational healing that deepens the drop into theta-like states of meditation and inner restoration.
It’s not a class. It’s not a concert.
It’s a full-body journey, where breath, sound, and movement collide.

Your Guides
Facilitated by Candice Chaignat, a Mind Trainer and Clinical Hypnotherapist, Luke Tan, a Trauma-Informed Breath Architect and Lifestyle Optimization Coach, and Mae Kwan, a Singing Bowl Therapist and wellness practitioner.
Together, they weave the principles of Owaken Breathwork, Relational Life Therapy, NLP, Inner Child Integration, Somatic Movement, and vibrational sound healing into one cohesive experience.
Candice brings her gift for guiding inner transformation through the subconscious - helping you release emotional blocks and reconnect with your authentic self. With decades of experience in dance and movement, she bridges embodied expression with deep inner work, guiding participants to move, feel, and awaken through the body with grace and intention.
Luke combines the science of breath and nervous system regulation with a lifelong passion for music. After years as a DJ and performer, he now channels music production and sound design into his breathwork journeys - crafting immersive soundscapes that don’t just accompany the experience, but become part of the therapy itself.
Mae introduces the ancient resonance of Tibetan singing bowls - a form of vibrational healing that mirrors the brain’s natural alpha and theta frequencies. Her work gently guides participants into deeper states of awareness, release, and inner balance, amplifying the restorative dimension of the journey.
This fusion of mind training, breathwork, movement, and live sound creates a multi-sensory experience that reaches far beyond the mat - helping you embody insight, integrate healing, and carry transformation into your everyday life.
