What is Breath Awakening?
Breath Awakening is a guided journey designed to gently uncover what’s been holding you back. Unseen childhood wounds, inherited patterns, and the silent stress you’ve normalized.
We believe that many of our struggles aren’t flaws, they’re echoes. Echoes of emotional habits passed down through generations. Through conscious breathing, somatic release, and mind training, Breath Awakening helps you break these generational cycles and return to your true self.
Using the breath as a bridge between the mind and body, you’ll access a state of clarity and calm where healing can begin. Hypnosis is woven into this journey to open the doors of your subconscious, where buried pain can transform into insight, and suppressed creativity begins to flow again.

We’ll explore how to break free from the belief systems you inherited but never questioned.

We’ll also look at the dynamic between your inner masculine and feminine - how you push, protect, or suppress - so you can find balance, strength, and softness without guilt.

Your Guides
Facilitaed by Candice, a Mind Trainer and Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Luke, a Trauma-Informed Breath Architect and Lifestyle Optimization Coach. Together, they integrate the principles of Owaken Breathwork, Relational Life Therapy, NLP, and Inner Child Integration Therapy, and Somatic Movement into the experience. The emphasis is not only on what happens on the mats but also on powerful integration practices that ensure transformation extends far beyond the session, guiding participants toward long-lasting personal evolution.
Integration of Insights and Life Coaching
Unlike other breathwork experiences, Breath Awakening incorporates life coaching techniques to help participants align insights gained in the session with meaningful life changes. Through guided reflection and actionable steps, participants are supported in integrating newfound awareness into their daily routines and relationships. With a focus on sustainable change, this additional layer ensures that the shifts experienced during the journey are nurtured and supported, fostering personal growth that endures.

Breath Awakening Helps You Access A Flow State.
RESET - RELEASE - REPROGRAM - RECONNECT
RESET: The focus is on addressing the initial struggle and resistance often encountered at the beginning of the flow state cycle. This phase involves harnessing the power of your breath to awaken your nervous system and release any lingering tension.
RELEASE: the objective shifts towards letting go of the barriers that inhibit flow. Here, the aim is to facilitate a deeper sense of ease and presence, allowing you to move beyond mental and emotional blocks. Bodywork practices, including toning and touchand somatic awareness, enhance this process by aligning physical sensations with emotional release.
REPROGRAM: In this phase, you enter the flow state, where the focus shifts to accessing deeper layers of your subconscious mind. Characterized by full immersion in the present moment, this state is free from distractions and mental or emotional barriers. Here hypnotherapy and mind training are integrated to help you uncover insights and create new neural pathways to accelerate transformative change.
RECONNECT: Here, you transition smoothly from the flow state back to a state of recovery and rejuvenation. This phase involves synchronizing your breath with the rhythmic beats of your heart, activating positive and regenerative emotions, and reinforcing a sense of connection with yourself. Integrating hypnosis and mind training enhances this process by guiding you to solidify new mental patterns, reconnect with your inner resources for change and healing, and reinforce emotional resilience.
