What’s New?

This isn’t just breathwork.

This is Breath Awakening: LIVE, a guided journey where breath, sound, movement, and mind training come together to help you reset, release, and reconnect.

Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or already familiar with the practice, Breath Awakening offers a carefully curated experience that meets you exactly where you are.

Unlike prerecorded breath journeys, this experience unfolds live in the room, guided in real time by Candice and Luke. The journey evolves with the group, creating a deeper sense of connection, presence, and immersion.

As the session begins, Candice guides you through gentle movement and mind training meditation, helping you quiet the mind, release tension in the body, and settle into a deeper state of awareness.

From there, Luke leads the breathwork journey, supported by immersive soundscapes and live music that carry you through waves of stillness, release, and flow.

Together, breath, sound, movement, and meditation create a full-body experience where the nervous system can regulate, emotions can move, and the mind can soften.

For some, it becomes a space for deep relaxation.

For others, a moment of emotional release or clarity.

For many, it’s simply an opportunity to reconnect with themselves.

Your Guides

Facilitated by Candice Chaignat, a Mind Trainer and Clinical Hypnotherapist, Luke Tan, a Trauma-Informed Breath Architect and Lifestyle Optimization Strategist.

Together, they weave the principles of Owaken Breathwork, Relational Life Therapy, NLP, Inner Child Integration, Somatic Movement, and vibrational sound healing into one cohesive experience.

Candice brings her gift for guiding inner transformation through the subconscious - helping you release emotional blocks and reconnect with your authentic self. With decades of experience in dance and movement, she bridges embodied expression with deep inner work, guiding participants to move, feel, and awaken through the body with grace and intention.

Luke combines the science of breath and nervous system regulation with a lifelong passion for music. After years as a DJ and performer, he now channels music production and sound design into his breathwork journeys - crafting immersive soundscapes that don’t just accompany the experience, but become part of the therapy itself.

This fusion of mind training, breathwork, movement, and live sound creates a multi-sensory experience that reaches far beyond the mat - helping you embody insight, integrate healing, and carry transformation into your everyday life.
