How to win in your mind
Instagram, messages, emails before the day has even started? 😳You might already be reacting to the day ahead. That used to be me. One of the most life changing practices I’ve learned so far is ‘Winning in your mind’ (and then winning the day ahead).
Creating a powerful morning ritual. Wake up a little earlier and have one or more of the following..
Hydrating with a glass of water.
Sending gratitude to all that you have.
Focussed breath work (try box breathing or warriors breath).
Having some form of meditation (TM,videos on YouTube, apps like calm/headspace/insight timer).
Journaling.
Positive visualisation.
Some form of movement (stretching/yoga/Cycling etc.)
How you start your day, is how you’ll end it. So what can you do?
