How to win in your mind

Instagram, messages, emails before the day has even started? 😳You might already be reacting to the day ahead. That used to be me.⁣ ⁣ One of the most life changing practices I’ve learned so far is ‘Winning in your mind’ (and then winning the day ahead).⁣ ⁣

Creating a powerful morning ritual. Wake up a little earlier and have one or more of the following..⁣ ⁣

  1. Hydrating with a glass of water.⁣

  2. Sending gratitude to all that you have.⁣

  3. Focussed breath work (try box breathing or warriors breath).⁣

  4. Having some form of meditation (TM,videos on YouTube, apps like calm/headspace/insight timer).⁣

  5. Journaling.⁣

  6. Positive visualisation.⁣

  7. Some form of movement (stretching/yoga/Cycling etc.)⁣ ⁣

How you start your day, is how you’ll end it. So what can you do?
