This is a powerful breathwork journey that utilises a bottom-up approach of whole body processing to release negative emotions. The basis of this type of breathwork is that people sometimes retain an emotional experience physically in their body. In this 2 hour journey of breathing, sensing and feeling, learn to release the emotional energy that was retained, suppressed or isolated within the body.

Navigating modern life can be demanding, especially when intertwined with the daily commitments of work and family. These challenges may be further compounded by the weight of poor self-esteem ​​and societal expectations, which can contribute to feelings of isolation and inadequacy.
